Over the 28th and 29th of August 2026, Solad hosted a two day technical workshop towards effective after sales and maintenance of solar home systems deployed under the REA DARES Program.
Our DARES Team comprising customer care/sales agents and technicians operating in select Northern Nigeria states were in attendance.
The workshop was heavily centered on sharing practical methods to maintain and improve technical service standards and customer satisfaction to solar home system beneficiaries.
