Solad attended the World Bank backed Nigerian Distributed Access through Renewable Energy Scale – Up (DARES) Round table open session organized by the National Electrification Project (NEP) arm under the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) on Thursday May 24th 2024.

The conference aligns with Solad’s vision in boosting sustainable energy access to Nigeria’s under served and unserved populace, while contributing to increase the economic productivity of MSMEs by providing affordable and consistent power.

Solad qualified as a grantee under the REA NEP Mini-Grid Performance-Based Grants Programme and the REA NEP Solar Home Systems Output Based Programme.

The Solad Team met up with Solarworx – one of our partners to discuss their new systems applicable for mesh grid installations. Solad has partnered with Solarworx over the last two years as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Solar Home Systems distributed across Nigeria.
