Nsikan Akpan is the Technical Lead – Renewables at Solad Integrated Power Solutions Limited leading a team of solar design experts, operations and maintenance personnel across Solad’s operational sites.

Nsikan Akpan has over eight years’ experience in the Renewable Energy industry in Nigeria with core strengths in Project design and execution, Energy Asset Monitoring and Control, Technical Operations and Maintenance and Technical Support.

Nsikan Akpan has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.

He is passionate about Nigeria’s solar ecosystem. He currently educates young solar engineers on industry best practices.
